The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made our Christmas stay enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the free spacious parking was convenient for us. We also loved the fact that we had a window with a view of the garden, and the warm bath and shower were just perfect. the hotel's key location made it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions, and the fridge in our room was a plus.
The payment process and the check-in procedure were quite complex, especially for non-Spanish speaking guests. All the instructions were given in Spanish, and payment had to be done by following a link sent to us by the hotel, which made us feel a bit uneasy.

the modern entrance system with access codes sent to our email made check-in easy. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. the room was clean and spacious with a fridge and a lovely window view of the garden. the bathroom was warm and had both a shower and a bath, and the complimentary parking was handy. the value for money was great.
That our room was noisy at night due to a concert outside.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities was impressive. The parking was free, safe, and spacious, which was a great added bonus. Additionally, the location was convenient and easily accessible. I truly appreciated the good value for money this hotel provided.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and we were pleased with the friendly staff who provided excellent customer service. We also appreciated the modern entrance and easily accessible free parking. Additionally, we enjoyed the comfortable beds and spacious rooms which provided a good value for money.
We were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in some areas. We found hairs in the bathroom, dust on the furniture and carpets that had not been vacuumed. Also, our room was located near a noisy concert which took place until midnight, disturbing our rest. The check-in and payment process were complex and not very clear for non-native speakers, which created some confusion before our stay.
